Misuse of ApexFortitude's Name and Brand
ApexFortitude occasionally becomes aware of fraudulent websites, third-party apps, and messaging groups on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and WeChat that falsely claim to represent our firm.
Private Funds Only
ApexFortitude and its affiliated advisors manage private investment funds that are not offered to the general public.
No Public App
ApexFortitude does not have any mobile application. Any app claiming to be ours is not genuine.
No Chat Groups
Our staff do not conduct business, give advice, or take payments through chat groups or messaging apps.

The purpose of this notice is to alert the public to the nature of these fraudulent schemes and to warn that these third-party schemes are illegal and not authorized by ApexFortitude. ApexFortitude is not in any way associated with these fraudulent and illegal schemes.
Our employees do not offer investment advice or make investment recommendations to the general public, and do not participate in social media or messaging groups that do so.

What You Should Never Do
- Provide personal details to anyone claiming to represent ApexFortitude outside our official channels.
- Complete a subscription or account-opening form sent through a chat group, app, or unofficial site.
- Make a payment or transfer funds to an entity that purports to be run by, or appears to be impersonating, ApexFortitude.
Communications with ApexFortitude should only take place through our official channels or platforms, listed below.

Our Role If This Happens
We Help Where We Can, But Can't Guarantee Outcomes
When we learn of a fraudulent scheme, we may consider appropriate action — including alerting regulatory authorities and working with law enforcement to shut it down. However, we do not undertake any responsibility to take such action, or to inform or update the public on any steps taken, and we do not accept liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on us to address a misuse of our name or brand.
